Goal Success Coaching: Encompasses general goal setting and helps to achieve short or long term goals. During these sessions, objectives will be identified, assessed, and recorded. Future sessions will include progress monitoring and action items to help ensure the client reach their target.

Fitness/Nutrition Coaching: Educates on the physical mechanisms of the body and the psychological aspects of the mind needed to achieve fitness goals. Sessions will help identify barriers to the goal and will focus on creating a plan to achieve long-term results. Progress monitoring will also be included to measure physical and mental health and wellness.

Behavior Change Coaching: Focuses on specific actions one desires to change and offers constant monitoring, support, and tools to help the client sustain lasting results. Education about the psychology of change will also be offered to support this process.

Career Coaching: Designed for those who want to increase performance in their profession, seek to change fields/positions, or need guidance in finding their preferred career. This program will focus on identifying a professional path that will support the client’s mental health while avoiding mentally/emotionally corrosive work settings (soon to graduate college students or those looking to start a business may also find this program useful).
